These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CallYourKid ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be 18 years or older to create an account. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you have legal authority to participate in supervised communications as described in any applicable court order.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others or allow unauthorized access. You must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized use of your account.
All calls conducted through CallYourKid are recorded and supervised. By using the Service:

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. Missed sessions due to no-shows are not eligible for refunds. If a session is cancelled by CallYourKid, a credit will be applied to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in conduct that endangers children, or is subject to a court order restricting contact. Suspended accounts are not eligible for refunds of unused subscription time.
CallYourKid provides a platform for supervised communication and documentation. We are not a party to any custody agreement or court order and do not provide legal advice. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the three months preceding any claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
