Call Recordings

All supervised calls on CallYourKid are recorded for documentation and legal compliance purposes. Recordings are stored securely and are accessible only to authorized parties including the supervising professional, case managers, and attorneys of record. Recordings may be subpoenaed or provided to courts as required by law.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Supervisors, case managers, and attorneys linked to your case
• Courts and legal authorities when required by law or court order
• Our service providers (Supabase for data storage, Stripe for payments, Twilio for calls) under strict data processing agreements

Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data. All data is stored using Supabase with row-level security policies ensuring users can only access their own information. Payment data is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

Children's Privacy

We take the privacy of children seriously. We collect only the minimum information necessary (name and date of birth) to facilitate supervised calls. Children do not have independent accounts on our platform.
