How do I add my children to my account?

Head to your profile setup and add each child's name and date of birth. Once added they'll appear in your schedule and on your family feed. You can add more anytime.

Who is on a supervised call?

The scheduled family members (typically one parent and one or more children), plus a trained CallYourKid supervisor. Other professionals — like a case manager or attorney — can be invited if your case requires it. Details are confirmed before every call.

How do I reschedule or cancel?

Open the Schedule page, find the upcoming call, and choose Reschedule or Cancel. Changes made more than 24 hours before the call are free.

Who can see posts on my family feed?

By default, posts are visible to family members and supervisors attached to your case. You can change audience on each post, or set a global default in Privacy settings.

How do I change my plan or payment method?

Go to Settings → Billing or visit Pricing to compare plans. Updates take effect on your next billing date.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is strictly controlled by role and case. Read our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
